Project opened. 1969 Chevrolet C20 is home as a non-running truck. Baseline documentation, identification, and a controlled assessment come before any teardown. Factory Plus / mild restomod is the suggested philosophy: keep the classic C20 look, retain 8-lug character, and modernize brakes, reliability, and drivability only where it is worth it.
Document before disassembly. Structure and safety come before cosmetics.
